Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

We deliver across Pakistan within 3-5 working days via Leopard Courier. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies to all orders nationwide. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Payment is collected at the time of delivery by the courier representative.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can track your order directly on the Leopard Courier website at leopardscourier.com.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to all major cities and remote areas across Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Faisalabad, and more.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, the order will be returned. Re-delivery charges will apply.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with photos of the product and packaging.
